I agree with strawberry, it is career suicide. Her fans are mainly heterosexual males who ogles at her half naked spreads and sexually suggestive poses, getting pregnant and hitched is as good as bowing out of the industry. It's not like she's some talented singer/actress with a solid fan base who will welcome her when she comes back. There are plenty of gravure models in Japan who are willing and able to take her place.
