Anita Mui cover of Japanese song?

Anita Mui covered a fair few Japanese songs in her career, but I'm looking for details of one of them. It's hard to describe the music in words, but the first verse of the Japanese original begins "Watashi wa" ("I am"). I'd like details of the Japanese song, not the Anita Mui cover. Listening to the Anita cover, it begins with a short sax solo.

If it helps, tthe Anita Mui cover is track 10 in a 16 track album where track 13 is "Years flow like water" (似水流年).
