How much did Gwok Seung's martial arts improve between ROCH and HSDS?

During the end of ROCH, Gwok Seung's martial arts were not very high. As of the final chapter of ROCH, Gwok Seung's martial arts level was probably not higher than that of her older sister Gwok Seung's.

Three years later, during her appearance at Shaolin in the prologue of HSDS, her martial arts, though not yet anything like elite level, were much better. How much had Gwok Seung improved during the intervening three years?

in roch, she was compared to the likes of YG, XLN, Jin lun Fa wang, and other highly godly like martial artists like her father and mother. Shao Lin was pretty much not mentioned in ROCH (except for pplz who delivered the 2 toy things, and it proved that his martial arts was nothing compared to YG).

In ROCH, 3 years later, she had practiced martial arts from his parents, and YG taught her awsomeness too xD. Even IF she didnt improve, she fought against lowly guards of Shao Lin (remember, the guy who gave her the 2 toy thingys were so much weaker compared to YG, but still high up in Shao lin) when she fought the higher martial artists, she was still no match.

also, most people are not used to a single person who can use 1000 different types of martial arts, so it was trickery etc that got her an advantage.

Yeah I think it was said that she wasn't at a super high level when she went eh Shaolin. She was decent, but it was more her variety and cunning that kept everyone on theirs toes than any things.

Now how she developed that into an uber-elite level skill....

She was probably too busy looking for and think about YG. She knew techniques, but probably not refined or well assimilated, and she lacked internal energy. Wu Xiang could wipe the floor with her, who in turn would get wiped by YG.
