Movie hunt (the search, starts here!)

I can't find this movie title within my country anymore. In eBay, I can't find the ones (dubbing version) that I want. Actually, I don't quite trust the sellers for the quality that they're selling. I don't want to be going through the hassle to get a piece of junk in the end. There're only japanese and english dubbed versions (which the dub is likely suck big time) available in Amazon.com.

My conditions are simple. It doesn't matter if it's a CD or DVD. It doesn't have to be of some supreme blu-ray quality even. Just something decent whereby the vision doesn't skip on me 9 out of 10 times when watching the movie, and of chinese or cantonese dubbed with chinese and/or english subtitle(s).

The title of the movie is "Zhong Nan Hai Bao Biao" (Bodyguard from Beijing), starring Jet Li, Christy Chung and Collin Chou.

Anyone has this title?

For me I would just google the movie and burn it out, much faster and cheaper.
