Lee Tim Seng didn't direct his series, he is executive producer. Kudos has to be given to his screenwriter of course. Was it also Cheung Wah Biu?

ooo, i just finished this series. ending a bit rush, overall the pace of the series is a bit slow. but the plot is new and refreshing, cast is great. i give this series a 9/10 and thats pretty high. i say this is the 2nd best series this year behind no regret and a little bit above CBML.

I'm surprised there isn't more discussion on this series, as I think it's one of the better TVB dramas recently. I never thought I would like Kenneth Ma, but he's so tall and handsome in this series. His scenes were the highlight of the drama, and his romance with Selena Li was sweet to just the right degree without it being too melodramatic. I'm actually one of the few people who like Kevin Cheng. I know most people feel that Kevin cannot act and that he's overrated. I do agree that his acting skills could use improvement and this fact is made very obviously apparent in Fistful of Stances. In this series, Kevin's acting skills really pale against Kenneth's very commanding performance.

I've previously seen Selena and Kenneth in The Master of Tai Chi, but their romance in there was lackluster and those two weren't very memorable. But then, I watched The Four, where they again starred together as love interests and they were so cute! This then led me to watch Fistful of Stances, and Selena and Kenneth again did not disappoint me.

    Has everyone seen this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAlWj-gC0VU

It's quite cute and funny to watch. Kenneth Ma looks surprisingly good in his jeans, t-shirt, and jacket. Selena Li, I think, looks the prettiest out of all the girls there.

I have actually just finished this series and watched it dubbed in Khmer. Usually I dislike dubs but this series just really had too many yelling scenes...it was generally really loud. My parents and I enjoyed it very much. I didn't like Kevin before, and though Kenneth had a better character and overall performance, I have decided that Kevin is not all bad either lol. I must agree with Melanie that Kenneth looked especially tall and handsome in this series haha :P

In my opinion, this is a very good series. It had a good mix of comedy and drama. The only person I didn't like seeing on screen was Shirley Yeung, but it's not like she had THAT MANY scenes or anything. Nancy's Bing Bing was also a surprise! She can really act!
