yeah, i must be the most unobservant follower here. i don't know who's who. maybe cause i never knew who most of the singers were in the previous Spcnet Idol competitions other than Sugar. can the identity of the finalists be revealed after the competition is over? it'd be nice to put a (spcnet) name to the voices.

completely missed the whole competition this time. was away for Winter Break. but the Duet section is the only one I'd have participated in, anyways.

Yes I think the series was from the mid-90's. I just recall I first heard the song a long time ago. The original version may have been in Hokkien, called "ai ping jiu hui ying" (If you go for it you will succeed).
