Hi, goddess! Yeah, I'm also wondering why no one is talking about Myolie anymore here.

Anyway, just wanna let you know that I wrote a review on ND and it should be up on the site soon. Had an analysis of Myolie's crying scenes in the review. :P

Mostly good. The only bad thing is that "I'm tired of her over-exposure." But then I said, "However, she does have talent and it shows."

Yeah, Myolie is getting more promoted now, but I don't mind. She has earned her way up since before she was getting rather minor ones and so its nice seeing her in the "limelight."

Roger Kwok and Myolie wu were filming earlier for TVB's new series "Same Work Same Bowl" on location in Sheung Wan and the two sat dangerously at the top of a four-storey tall embankment and shot a scene where they shared their feelings and those looking on were sweating with fear for them.

The scene tells of Myolie's brother refusing to go to a famous school because his family could not afford it, but Myolie had mistaken him for wasting the opportunity and was so angry she was in tears. Roger comforts her and when Myolie becomes tired, she falls asleep on Roger's shoulder in a tender moment.

Although the scene was a sweet one, behind the cameras, the couple were not at all comfortable, because if they were not careful on the precarious ledge, they would fall and so they had to stay still for the whole time. Little wonder that when Roger got up, his legs were so numb that he had to limp to the sides and was constantly rubbing his muscles.

Having a great fear of heights, Roger has earlier filmed a scene jumping off a building and now balanced on top of this ledge, he was asked if he was afraid being so high up. He says: "Of course I was scared, it was so high! At least was not so afraid that my legs started shaking."

Working with Myolie for the first time, he praises her for her acting talent, being able to cry as she wishes and to control it well. He says: "She is really good, she cries in an instant. I have never worked with her and I thought she had been in the industry for a long time, but it has only been four or five years. I have asked her what her secret is, because it is very difficult to keep a mood."

realdeal!!! hehe, isn't it ironic how this article talks about Myolie's crying skills too? hehe Anyawys I'm quit looking forward to this serie!!! Really like Roger and Myolie!! Its nice that they are filming together. I wonder if the "rumors" for a Square Pegs 2 is real? If so I do hope that the news of Myolie starring it also would be real!!!

hey goddess i seen that you wrote in the the tob forum about the calendar thing i think thats pretty cool but i kind of wish it was ron and leila. do you know all the other pairings?
myolie isnt my favorite actress but realdeal is right she does have talent better than some people who get over promoted and just plain ugh *charmaine*sonija* haha. and yeah she worked from bottom to up instead of having it handed to her.
well i havent seen dream of colors yet is it good?

Hehe, I wouldn't mind if Leila and Ron paired in the calander either actually. They look so cute in pictures of TOB!!! But then again Raymond and Tavia are sorta "representing" TOB so I guess they didn't want to have another couple in there. Myolie with Ron isn't bad though. They look quite cute in their new serie In the Chamber of Love.

Here is some of the other pairings I've heard of. There might be some changes, but I haven't heard of any yet.

Bobby Au Yeung and Sonjia Kwok
Charmaine Sheh, Bosco Wong, and Sammul Chan
Frankie Lam, Kenneth Ma, and Michelle Ye (Originally it was with Micheal Tong)

Yeah. Myolie did work her way to the top so she deserves what she is getting. Sonjia and Charmaine just started out smack at the top.

Hehe, Dream of Colours is very good in my opinion!!! I think it'll be another week or so before I finish and I'm eager!! Myolie does very well in here as well You should give a few tapes a try xox!!! ^_^

well usually when they pair people like this isnt it because theres gonna be a series with them together or something? cause thats what i noticed for the 2004 one except there was no roger and ada series!
So Raymond with Tavia does that mean a new series? same goes for Ron and Myolie? ooh i dont mind that!

I heard that there might be a new series with Bobby, Sonija, Raymond and Nancy Wu i cant remember who else. but ray plays as bobby's son?

I'm not quite sure xox. I think the calanders use some pairings/trio/groups from "last" year's series and then some pairings/trios/groups from series that will be filmed in the new year. Lol, who konws

Yup, sparkly_chic. Ron and Myolie are done filming In the Chamber of Love (Western Chamber Story) and they supposedly pair. Not only that, they sing the themesong togehter!!!

oh oh, I heard of that serie with Bobby, Sonjia, and etc xox I think its supposedly called Middle Aged Men and Women. Thats the literaly translated title. Bobby is also with Sonjia in Hidden Treasures......

Hey ya xox Oh you've got a point. Lol, after all that time and its finally released in viet, it is as if its all "new." Not as if it was produced a "thousand" years ago and then after another "thousand" years, it goes out to us, hehe. Exaggerating a bit....:

How far are you in DOC now? I'm currently on tape 9 and everything is good, hehe. Its lessened down on me though. Was really excited when it came out, but now I'm not all jumpy for it Hehe, is it a good thing for Myolie to be so Myolie(ish?)

well i kind of want to see myolie in more different kind of roles you know? i dont think i've ever seen her like a super snob, she was kind of bratty in Family Man but not really and i thought she was good in GF. I dunno just something. she just seems to be the nice bubbly person in all her characters but thats not her fault its the writers but it would be cool if she was like evil or something.

Hehe, I know waht you mean. In most of Myolie's series she does get the more bubbly and optimistic roles. Yet I don't mind since she fits them and as long as she plays them well. Then again it wouldn't hurt for her to broaden her horizens with different roles. I think it might be awhile before she takes on a "villianous" role since she mentioned that she doesn't want that type of role. Who knows? We'll just have to see, hehe

Oh yeah, that would be challenging. Too used to her bubbly and over-optimistic roles already.

She says she doesn't want that type of roles? Wow, you'd think she should. No actor/actress can be considered a legend unless he/she can play both villains and heros well. Just my opinion though.

i agree with you opinion. i mean she doesnt have to be like super evil like sonija's role in PITNOL or like that girl in Blade Heart. i just like to see her in a role where theres like a bit of evilness instead of playing the good girl all the time. like you has evil intentions you know what i mean? ack i'm babbling.

like sharon's role in DOC i would like to see myolie play that. oh yeah i'm not sure if it was this forum or was it the other ones i've been at that were saying how mean Sharon's character is in that series to Myolie and all i can say is that I would kind of hate being around myolie too if everything seemed to fall apart when she's near. Or else like Gigi lai in Fate Twister. evil yet calm you know?

I know what you guys mean. I think it would be better for her to want to take on a evil role. It would diffinately prove to everyone that she can play the good girl and the bad one. It probably would boost up her popularity as well if the viewers can see that she isn't always that good little bubbly girl.

Even though Myolie seems to cause Sharon bad luck, she doesn't need to go all out and try and ruin the poor girl. Gezzz.....

Myolie Wu and Cherrie Kong were filming in Sheung Wan for "Same Work Same Bowl" yesterday in a scene where Cherrie mistakes Myolie for going out with many men and slaps her on Roger Kwok's behalf.

Before the start of filming, Cherrie was very nervous and said: "Because I don't know how to hold back the strength, it would be terrible if I really hit Myolie." Conversely, Myolie was very accepting over it and laughed that she would rather Cherrie really hit her: "That would make it easy to get into character!" Although the director only requested that they used the camera angles for the shot, they still NG'ed five or six times and Cherrie joked: "I'll save a little strength, because the four of us leads still have to go and record the theme song later and I need to save my breath!" The series will be heading out to Zhongshan early next month to film on location.

So all four of them are singing? I'm a little scared at the moment, lol. I know that Myolie and Roger are okay singers, but Cherrie and Kenneth? I don't think I've heard either of them yet. Just gotta see. Anyways Myolie doesn't look too flattering in the pic, lol. Of course, she is being "slapped."
