You can use a variety of programs, some are free, and others cost to use fully.

What is the language and format is the original video? I'm assuming you want to convert it to MP4, since that's the video format Ipod accepts.

Videoera Ipod Nano converter is a program I use whenever I want to convert my movies in AVI format, to MP4. It's free, so that's a bonus, but you NEED to be connected to the internet for the conversion to work.

Each conversion to MP4 depends on size of the video, but usually I find it takes anywhere between 2-3 hours for me to convert a 2-hour movie. I haven't tried with shorter vids or music vids yet...

Once the file finishes converting, it's automatically added to your Itunes Library in "MOVIES". Now just tell your Ipod to sync it.

You can download the software in the link below:

Hmm.. that website is in Chinese, so I can't help you there.

Try to download the files to your computer first, then use Videoera or some other video-converter to convert the file, then upload it to your ipod using Itunes.

Download the video. Right click and choose "properties". This will tell you what format the video is.

The Administrator is the MAIN account. You might not be logged in as Admin.

Try right-clicking on the program file and going to properties, click on "compatibility" and then choose run as administrator.

What if there's no choose run as an administrator as the option?
