Clubbing & Nightclubs

I've tested the waters and never quite like clubbing. I guess I like to get more for my money and so, I consider it a waste to go clubbing.

The music is too loud for any conversation to carry on and so if you're looking for any relationship with substance, you wouldn't look for any candidate at clubs. I don't like hip-hop either. Plus there's absolutely no room to really, really dance. Most times you and people are like sardines in a can.

I prefer dances to sparks some flame and passion with romance like some ballroom dancing i.e. flamenco, merengue, spanish tango, or rumba.

In such dances, you and your dance partner has this 5 minute relationship and it's quite hot. It's like your bodies are having a conversation.

The plain old grinding is something cavemen can do or something monkeys can do on the discovery channel. Ballroom dancing is quite sexy.

I have to say that, while the majority of dancing that happens in clubs are plain grinding and dry humping BS - hip hop dancing, when done well and seriously, is just as beautiful and energetic.

Clubbing that i been to are mostly r n b but since now i recently developed a luv for techno music, i sort of wanna learn to do hardcore shuffling. It looks quiet easy but to learn it is much harder. oR maybe im just a bad dancer -

yep clubbing is fun as long as u don't over do it...I have some friends in their late 20's and early thirties who still go out just 2 chill and dance....blowing a wad of cash for watered down drinks is a biyatch though...


hrrmmm...I don't think its a great place to meet girls though...unless your slick they have a pretty good idea what your out for most of the time.?.....but then again it may depend on where your from?...for some reason the girls in smaller towns are far more receptive and friendly....

this is more to seut seung: yes, flamenco and the rumba etc are sexy, but the thing about dancing at a club is that everyone can do it. you don't need special training, you don't need to worry about steps. you can just shake it for fun.

The one thing about clubbing I hate is rounding up all the drunk azz people into the car so we could go and the most annoying part is trying to get them into the car and when they're in your car, they'll throw up in it. Clubbing?? Thanks but no thanks..

I've noticed many bartenders are far more willing to cheat me at clubs when I do go out now. Charging me tax, not giving me back my change. Maybe it's the down economy.

I do not want to live that kind of lifestyle, but if that is none of my business if others do. Even though that is something I wouldn't do, but dirty dancing alone is not all that bad. I notice there are quite a few out there that go to club to meet people at the club and one night stand is not unusual like my brother has been doing for years.

I dunno about ppl looking for sex at clubs. That's kinda rare. Most ppl just go there to chill and have fun instead of staying home on friday nights or weekends. I'll say less than 1% of people go there to look for booty calls. I prefer asian nights so i think i'll enjoy nightclubs in places like shanghai, HK, tokyo and taipei.

I don't have the statistics with me, but I think it's a lot higher than 1%.
