Disney's The Princess and the Frog

Disney's newest animated film, scheduled to be released December 2009, is also a landmark film. The main character, Princess Tiana, is the 9th official Disney Princess, as well as the first African-American Princess in Disney history!!!

Set in New Orleans, Louisiana in the 1920s, this movie is sure to have some wonderful jazz music, not to mention a new spin on a classic story.

There might be some parts of the history in the movie that people don't agree with. We'll see!

However it be, I'm rather excited and so looking forward to this movie.

Yeah, it's a modern adaptation, and likely a more realistic one among the princess stories (IMO).

Old-school Disney, entertaining and very atmospheric. The villain isn't that scary, despite his powers. And Lottie should be annoying but is somehow adorable.
