    Depends what kind of stress.
If it's just need to relax, usually play some basketball or golf or guitar.
If it's because I'm pissed off, punchbag, or guitar. I remember in high school when I was pissed off I'd lock myself in my room and up the amp to max and it would piss everyone else off ahaha.

Normally, i'd go for half bucket of ice-cream.. But lately, i changed to karaoke.. it's a good way for me to release all the stress...
Other things i'd do are like watching movies, go to gym and work out until i passed out or sleep..sleep..sleep... zzzzz

Until recently, I picked fights with barbarians...or let myself get sucked into fights with barbarians.

Now, I've learned to let barbarians fight barbarians while I just watch.

It may not be the best choice for relieving stress, but beer works for me.

    Default stressed

I just go for a really long walk and keep walking until the stress starts leaving my mind as I focus just on walking, the road, feeling more and more tired, but different things work for different people. My brother has the opposite approach he just smashes a punch bag for 10 minutes.

Fresh Air. I always stick my head close to the window or just go outside and breathe. Listening to music and eating also help. They take interrupt my thinking, which is usually good because then I can think more clearly when i return to working or studying mode.

When I'm stressed, I either read Wuxia novels or hang around at Spcnet to escape reality. I'm so unfit.

    Default Stress relief

I think that the best stress relief option, that I personally prefer as well as use for myself is MEDITATION.
The reason I prefer meditation for stress relief because Meditating is the best thing to incorporate into your life for a healthier and peaceful outlook. In today’s time as we become more and more anxious, stressed and maybe even frustrated, meditating for just five minutes every day can make a huge difference in your patience level and the way you react to stimulus. This does not require any training or equipment. Just relax, close your eyes, clear your mind and don’t forget to breathe.Simple meditation can be done when you are on the go, in a car, on the bus, or even at work and instead of checking your phones.
Still, if you want to know some other options for your stress relief and healthy lifestyle you could check out this article as all of this can't be written down https://blog.100mph.in/2017/03/01/6-...thy-lifestyle/

lolz scary, you must be very brave...

Lately, I go hiking, just do a short 3 mile hike to relieve stress. The fresh air does kind of help to get your mind off stuff.
