Due to several complaints, I will stop using the terms "Babe" and "Baby" in reference to our female counterpart. They will now be replaced with "B*tch."

I wonder if Obama fans are still sporting those massive hardons from back when he was yelling "CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!!!111" from the rooftop.

Massive troops increase in Afghanistan. Guantanamo Bay still there. Bush & illegal wire-taps still in place.

Sounds like Americans got a literate fvckwit to replace the former illiterate one - but still a fvckwit nevertheless.

I haven't played Morrowind but isn't Oblivion's world larger in terms of the number of things you can do and the number of hours you can spend in the game or am i mitsaken here?
I plan to get Broken Steel at some stage of the game. FO3 is pretty good but I miss some of the elements of FO2. btw: Has anyone created a hit location mod for the eyes and groin?

Morrowind is bigger in terms of virtual land space, quests, dialog, number of NPCs, etc. Part of it was the fact that there was very little voiced dialog in Morrowind unlike Oblivion so dialog and quests were very text heavy.

An interesting thing to note though it's evidently possible to beat the main quest in Morrowind in about 10 minutes. I have never beat the main quest -the last time I touched the main quest I was in the middle of buying/finding gifts for a bunch of tribal leaders so they'll thrown in their support, and recognize me as the Neveraine. As you can probably tell the quests were a lot more complex as was the dialog. Oblivion really dumbed things down in this aspect.

Yeah the main storyline isn't that great in Oblivion but the Guild Quests and DLCs are fun. You'll be getting the FF XIII games, right?
Demon Souls? I'll have to take a look. I bought Borderlands over the weekend, and have been playing that fanatically. It's billed as a RPS (Roleplaying Shooter) with a post-apocalyptic setting and 4 person co-op. It's a looting themed game like diablo so there's much emphasis on finding colored items with special qualities. If it just had a jetpack like Tribes it would be so much better...

btw: I'm playing on a PC in Boston. Any co-op takers for Borderlands in the 10pm-12 midnight time slot?

Shouldn't that be "beat up a co-worker and steal her lunch"?

If you're witty enough, you can tell her that her arse looks huge in those pants and she will run away crying, leaving her lunch there for you.

Unfortunately i never had a chance to play Morrowind so I can't really compare. To me Oblivion was a great open-ended immersive experience. It really felt like I was in a fantasy world. So Morrowind is text heavy eh?? Did Morrowind have NPC schedules? That's one of the thing I liked about Fallout 3 and Oblivion, the NPC's had their own A.I. schedule. They'll wake up, go to work, walk around town, go to bed, etc. It really made the whole atmosphere really realistic.

Well it's great that Morrowind is even bigger than Oblivion because I spent around 70 hours in Oblivion. I can't imagine how much bigger Morrowind would be. I spent around 60 hours in Fallout 3. In general, i'm happy with a 40+ hour RPG since most games are only 10-20 hours in length.

I never played Fallout 1 and 2 either. How is the gameplay?? I bought Fallout 3 because it was made by Bethseda and had a similar open-ended style as Oblivion. I havne't played too many PC RPG's but my favorite one is probably Planescape Torment.

Demon Souls? I'll have to take a look. I bought Borderlands over the weekend, and have been playing that fanatically. It's billed as a RPS (Roleplaying Shooter) with a post-apocalyptic setting and 4 person co-op. Demon's Souls is absolutely amazing (but its only for the PS3). It's a Japanese RPG but done with western style themes with demons, knights and dragons. The combat system is *much* deeper than Bethseda games... In fact, i would go so far as to say that no other RPG is as deep as Demon's Soul in terms of real-time combat. But the kicker is that the plot is pretty much non-existent (it has as much plot as Diablo). But if you like Dungeon crawlers with epic and intense boss fights, Demon's Souls is king.

How is Borderlands?? I heard of it but never got a chance to play it. Roleplaying Shooter?? Have you heard of Deus Ex? Is it similar to that?

I like Morrowind better... especially the main plot. It makes you feel alot more involved than Oblivion does.
