So what's the driving force behind playing the game, is it completing all the quests, furthering the story or just levelling up your stats and getting the best guns? How's the overall atmosphere and grahpics? Lot of ppl are saying this game is very addictive. I'm in a bit of a RPG withdrawal after dragon age and demon's souls so i'll probably start Borderlands tonight.
The atmosphere is very Mad Max with a bit of Old West thrown in. The levels tend to be large and open, and the terrain is fairly interesting to look at between wasteland and post-apocalyptic debris. There's also some Haloesque elements with the search for some ancient civilzation hidden on the planet. There's very limited interactivity with the environment though outside of various things exploding. The graphics are a bit stylized since there seems to be a slight level of cell-shading but it's pretty. There's also some a fair amount of humor in the game.

I mostly like to explore new locations and fight with various creatures. The violence is gratuitous if not comical at times. The loot finding aspect is certainly there, and I have to admit that I've farmed a couple of choice areas to see what I can get. I haven't played multiplayer yet but I'd imagine that's where much of the attraction is.

We used to go to the one in Harvard Sq but we moved to Copley about 2 years ago. Ended up going to Vlora instead.

I'm so full after having dinner, and now for the birthday cake and more chocolate.
Have you learned to love one another?

I feel like I've seen your new name before. Perhaps I saw it in another forum several years ago, if I'm not mistaken.
