    Post Longevity Sword

A few questions I would like to clear up about the novel, Longevity Sword.

    1. Is the novel readable standalone from the other books?

    2. Are each of the books placed within their own timelines and Jianghu? [ i.e all set so that you dont have to give a rat's *** about the other novels , and also let's you know that the main character can become "supreme" ]

    3. Does the main character start off strong and great or does he progress greatly like Jinyong novels?

Finally can any1 give me a quick plot overview like what the main characters situation is like?

Thank you for taking the time to read this post and hopefully those of you who have read this novel can take a little bit of time to respond!

Longevity sword is part of the seven weapon series by GL.

It has been translated fully by fastclock, and is worth reading.

Each of the novel is worth reading.

The novel start off with different factions negotiating and fighting for a real treasure.

Hmmm the most important question here for me is are all the novels in the series sequence about a single different hero?

Does the second novel start the same story but from the side of a different faction, or is it that they are all seperate storys about precious weapons in the jianghu?

They are all stand-alone stories, albeit being set roughly around the same era.

You can read all the novel in the 7 weapons series separately.
