Looking for an ATV series

I think this was an ATV series. I saw this awhile back, so I can't remember much about it anymore. I just remember it had Ben Wong in it but he wasn't the male lead. His role was still pretty big though since I think he was like the female lead's boyfriend and then exboyfriend, and he was like a doctor. Then, he got addicted to drugs. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? And I'm not sure if this was from the same series, but I remember Lawrence Yan and Cheung Kwok Keung being businessmen and they were like the bad guys. They were super competitive with each other too. I think there was one part where Lawrence Yan's character blackmailed Cheung Kwok Keung's character's girlfriend, so she had to sleep with him. Then, Lawrence Yan's character videotaped it and sent it to Cheung Kwok Keung's character...? I've been trying to find this series so please please please help me. It's so hard to find things from ATV....
