Looking for 80's TV series

When I was teen, I saw one of the "biggest" Singapore series. I don't exactly the title, but sound like "Ching Cuen Yi Er San". As long as I remember, Yi Er San mean One Two Three in Chinese.

Anyone can remind me about this series? Or someone can inform me where I can buy this series?
