Honestly, I have not explore whatever that is inside the CD-ROM, so does the CD suite have some sort of program that allows me to do that?

you can save your email but not your text sms (AFAIK), but the sms is saved in the MMC... btw, before u sell the phone make sure u triple format the phone.. just for precaution..
