    I believe people should be matured enough to differentiate between recognising a person's talent and personality.

    Of course, if the person has a poor personality or poor attitude towards you, it definitely is harder to publicly praise that person.

    However, talent would remain raw without a positive or powerful personality and attitude. Therefore, I feel that personality is a crucial factor for talent to develop well and flourish.

    Agree.
    Even though I am not a fan, but I do acknowledge that Michael Jackson was a great singer and performer. However, I hate him for what he did to the young boys though.
