I think the Germany-Argentina & Brazil-Netherlands games can both go either way. I'll go with Germany & the Netherlands but the opposite result wouldn't surprise me. Uruguay and Spain should win comfortably.

I want Holland win because there are only team have player from Chinese and Indonesian descent,Brazil already win too much it will be boring if Brazil win again .

Uruguay have better chances to win .
Argentina - Germany could end in draw.
Spain win but will not trash Paraguay since the Paraguay are very defensive team.

4. Spain vs Paraguay: I want Paraguay to win, but I think Spain will win.

As a team, I think Germany is better than Argentina. But since I like Messi, I'm hoping he'll do well against the German defense. Hopefully it won't end in a PK.

Brazil & Holland is a tough one. I see Brazil winning this one.

Uruguay shouldn't have a problem with Ghana. I see Uruguay scoring early in the game and shut the door on Ghana before half time.

Spain & Paraguay might end in a PK. Paraguay has a tough defense and even though Spain has a great passing game, it's hard for them to finish around the net. I take Spain in this one.

I am hoping for an Argentina win because of Messi. I think the teams are fairly even. I picked Germany to win because Romero has been less than stellar in goal for Argentina.

Argentina is more talented on paper, but as a team, I think Germany is more cohesive. And I agree with Wanlie Tong, Romero isn't the greatest keeper out there. And their defense is pretty shaky. Hopefully Messi will recover from his cold and have a great game.

This is probably going to be a great match. Germany has showed the best footballing so far. Their passing is beautiful and they are very cohesive as a group. I think Argentina probably has better individual talent though.

I think Argentina is better up front, I like Germany's midfield, neither team's defense is great.

Brazil down and out!!!! Terrible play by Brazil in the 2nd half! Very disappointed with their performance today. Too much diving from the Dutch!

Oh damn it, damn it, damn it!! I can't believe this!! It seems I keep jinxing all my favorites on both WC & Wimbledon!! I'm gonna wait until Germany-Argentina game. If Germany loses, I will support the least I want to win just to jinx them!!!!

Got 1 right. Uruguay won. Suarez took one for the team. Too bad he won't be able playing against the Dutch.

I feel bad for Ghana though. I agree with Alexi Lalas' comment that Ghana's exit is the cruelest exit in this WC.
