Not exactly a 100% horror but it works perfectly as one.
    Tale of Two Sisters
That film contains at least two scenes that count amongst the best horror scenes I've ever seen.
I also quite liked Inner Senses (Leslie Cheung's last film).

Depends on how many Asian horrors have you seen.
    别想把黑暗放在我的面前
    太阳已经生长在我心底
    不再有封闭的畏惧
    奔腾的灵魂飞上天际
    太阳 我在这里

-Hollywood: The 6th Sense, The Shining
-Japanese: Odishon (one of the most brilliantly executed horror movies I've seen to date; the beginning requires a lot of patience, but the final 15 minutes definitely overcompensates)
-Korean: R-Point, A Tale of 2 Sisters (already mentioned)
    -Chinese: The Eye

Also, 2 thrillers that border on horror that I think are MUST WATCHES for fans of the genre, are Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance and Sympathy for Lady Vengeance. I cannot praise these 2 films enough...

I wish I had seen A Tale of Two Sisters before seeing the 50 other psychological horror films utilizing the same exact plot device, only horribly executed. The result of Tale was so anticlimactic for me because of it.

Audition will give you a few puke-worthy thrills, but it does a fantastic job of building the film to a climax.

    Phone
    Arang
    Evil Twin
    Into the Mirror

Good thing about asian horrors (especially the Korean kind) is that they give the right dose of gore and enough pyschological horror to keep you thinking.

As for Odishon - agree that it does a great job at building up the tension. Definitely recommendable, if you can digest the violent/gory bits (and they really can be pretty stomach-churning).

    Battle Royale
    Shutter
    Ring
    Death Bell
Oldboy (more of a mystery/thriller, but the twist at the end is nothing short of horrific)

I haven't seen Audition - will definitely have to check it out.

I like The Eye and a much older horror movie with Chow Yun-Fat, Sally Yip, and Raymong Wong called 靈氣迫人 or "The Occupant". The Occupant is pretty fun, yet quite scary. I had nightmares after watching the Occupant when I was I was a kid. BTW, it might be shared on you tube.
