Default Need help identifying the novel a Chor Lau Heung adaptation is based on.

Dont know if my spelling of his name is correct or not, but you know who I mean.

This adaptation is one of my favorite of all time. It starred Adam Cheng (of courses) and centered around two powerful weapons, a spear and a shield. To get them, you need to play a special song with three specific instruments.

Anyone knows if this is based on a novel?
You do know that it is just fiction, dont you?

Are you talking about the 1985 Taiwanese Chu Liu Xiang, 4th installment, "Shadow Legend" (影子傳奇), the weapons being Heavenly Spear and Earth Shield?

It is title of that portion of the TV series. I'm not sure if it was adapted from another source or conceived by the producers. It had interesting characters.

Buddha lady with the statue soldiers.
If anyone could tell how I could get hold of this adaptation in Vietnamese dub, I'll be grateful.

    Thanks PJ.
