Different martial arts focus on different things. Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Karate and all come to mind to be weighed in kata / forms. Personally, I like the shapes. I can train in a variety of ways, focusing on different things each time to improve myself. Its repetitive, but that repetition leads to a better technique and muscle memory.

with Bmsg i can suck any inner khi i want and using qqdny to equally distribute it though the body, hence able to take on heavy stronger attacks and reflecting it somewhere else cause me power is above 9000.

NOW with Dugu swords with accumulated bmsg khi i can backup every swipe/slash with Khi making it a deadlier attack and probably cover more range of effect.

as for every palm and kick, doesnt make a difference if you know strong hand or leg arts, cause a punch is a punch in the end, and with accumulated khi i can evenly match up against every punch or kick...
