    I'm thinking to start cycling as a hobby. But then again, I'm too lazy for it.

    Perhaps you can try yoga, its very relaxing and doesn't require being out in the sunlight. You can do it indoors or while your watching tv so cannot really make up excuses not to do it.

    Actually my office has a weekly badminton game. Usually I randomly joined the others although I'm the (unofficial) manager (sort off).

    Currently lifting weights and really makes me feel better every day. Also considering starting boxing and yoga.

    I unravel through cycling (Diamondback hybrid for now, but likely switching to a roadie in the future), reading, & spending time with beloveds.
