Any Freak should be able to flatten Ma Guangzuo. Ma Guangzuo had zero internal training at all, and his techniques were average; he's like a weaker, much less skilled version of Obai. He was primarily a figure of comedic relief in the novel, which is why the fact that JLGS got clobbered on the back of the head by him when caught unawares due to focusing on other fighter is so humiliating.
