To those checking the online tv guide at astro, the title of this series is "Blossoming Plum Solo". Don't ask me why that is the title.

I wasn't aware it was 35 episodes instead of 30. But I suppose if the official DVD release is 30 episodes, that means it will be 30 episodes. 35 episodes would make this series too long.

Malaysia's the last place to get "extra episodes" of Strange Hero not seen elsewhere. If anything, these 5 extra episodes should be broadcast first in China or in some special DVD edition if Tangren wanted to release them. Why Malaysia? - everyone there only watch HK and Korean dramas, LOL. Even BBJX made some impact in Singapore but none at all in Malaysia.

Anyway, wasn't Strange Hero aired with Malay subtitles in Malaysia? You only get good English subtitles in Singapore and Strange Hero was never aired there at all.

Just watched episode 1 of this series and it does not have chinese or malay subtitles but very very good English subtitles as in excellent subtitles as far as quality is concerned. And Wallace looks great in HD.

I wasn't aware this series was broadcast on local channels before this.

And yes if China doesn't broadcast that 5 episodes, nowhere else will. So all write to Tangren and demand for special DVD release!

My only qualm is that Wallace has only one facial expression haha. Nicky Wu carried BBJX for me, I was so impressed with his acting chops. But Ma Tianyu is adorable in this!

I was shocked that it was Ma Tian Yu and when I found out who he was, I was very impressed! He sings good and it seems his acting is pretty good also.

I never watched "Clothing the World", but if you're looking for some amazing hotness, I would recommend Huang Xiaoming's Return of the Condor Heroes. If you're looking for another series with some of GXYZM's cast, check out Chinese Paladin 3. Hopefully that helped just a little!
