FQY is not as good as DFBB but probably better than RWX.

FQY should be much stronger than RWX since LHC with not so mastered Dugu Nine Sword and almost zero internal was able to prevail against RWX . So with twenty or more years of mastery of Dugu Nine Sword and sufficiently enough internal, FQY should be more than a much for RWX. But probably weaker than DFBB. His power did not impress me as much as DFBB's.

I don't think FCQ would lose out to DFBB so easily. LHC could see begin to see patterns in the stances of YBQ and LPZ. FQY with decades more experience and insight might not be brought low by a single factor of speed alone.

He's rather overrated his true level just around Fang Zheng IMHO..

My opinion is between FZ and DFBB. If I have to narrow it down further: Much stronger than RWX, slightly weaker than DFBB.

Let's say I think that FQY + LHC combined can likely take out DFBB.

I belong to the camp that thinks FQY has not fully mastered the 9th stance of DG9J yet.

Given how LHC performed against DFBB, I'd say FCY could keep attacking and keep DFBB at bay and in the end, he would lose because he gets tired before DFBB.

Now if DFBB was given a sword like Yu Tian Jian. I think FCY would be toast.

Well, 2 things:

- Having no name internal doesn't mean weak internal. Look at Hong Qigong.

- Was it ever stated that Sword Faction was weaker in Internal? The difference IIRC is Sword faction believes Qi should follow the sword while Qi Faction believes Sword follows the Qi.

Besides, this guy was the most talented of Huashan at that time and he was also above the sword or qi nonsense.

I think in terms of internal he's equal with Feng Boping and as we all know Feng Boping more inferior than Fangzheng in internal..
I'am not say that Feng haven't "good" internal he have but not good as Fangzheng or Ren Woxing that mean he only superior in swordplay than Ren Woxing

FQY is someone who mastered both Palm-Breaking and Qi-Breaking stances (whereas LHC would need 20 yrs more to master). A less-experienced LHC without them is only slightly weaker than FZ/RWX. Not to mention having strong internal doesn't help much against sword-wielding opponents. If a weaker LHC while having his internal energy problems can plow his way through many internally superior opponents (FS, FBP etc.) with imperfect DG9J, why can't FQY with his mastery of DG9J and no internal problem do the same??

Xiao Feng/Yang Guo at least 3x stronger than people like Fang Sheng and I don't think even Feng Qingyang can beat Ren Woxing/Fang Zheng in actual fight except in sword "contest"
