Difficult question. I only join spcnet six years ago. And I do not spend all my six years in spcnet. Hence, my answer has to be <1%.

while i visit spcnet almost daily, i do not stay very long. possibly <20 mins each time. hence, my answer is 1%-5% of my daily life.

Currently I spend hours non-stop on spcnet these days especially on Wuxia Fiction threads. Kinda addicted to it even though I've missed out on so many good discussions as I only joined spcnet this year instead of back years and years ago. If only I was interested in wuxia back long ago I'd have joined spcnet much earlier and not miss out on much of the activity that had occured.

at work, since im on a comp, i hav spcnet opened for 8 hours
