Default How much of his prowess did Ah Fei lose while in the thrall of Lam Sin Yee?

When Ah Fei was in the thrall of Lam Sin Yee, he was obviously not the great swordsman that he had been before he encountered her. Just how much of his prowess did he lose during that period, though? We know that in his compromised state, Ah Fei could not beat Ging Mo Meng, but that doesn't mean that Ah Fei was helpless. Just how much of his ability did Ah Fei lose?

Additionally, after Ah Fei came to terms with the reality of Lam Sin Yee's manipulations, did he merely return to his old, pre-LSY level, or had he advanced beyond that?

Finally, most of Lam Sin Yee's manipulation was done emotionally, but wasn't she also drugging him? Did the psychological boost of rejecting Lam Sin Yee also somehow take care of the harm that the drugs were doing to his body?

it seems because of the drugs, he slept alot and lost some conditioning but his speed only went down a bit. he found a way to get back his old alertness by using pain and his confidence was boosted by the win against the silver halberd guy. by the end, i think he regained his speed when he fought and killed the golden coin fighters with a bamboo sword. and he had improved greatly even further after that as seen in bordertown wanderer.

Yeah he was drugged but GL had drank even more alcohol than Ah Fei so any logical after effect of the drug is of-course conveniently ignored when the plot demands.

Heck, Little Li spent like over a decade being a drunk-arse and his dagger is still faster than GL can describe.

This is not realistic. In almost all cases, people in real life is not able to recover 100% (after serious damage is done) like the way they do in wuxia.
