Have I fallen into a spambot trap?

I have always been very careful with these wormspreading spambots. I never click links that my friends gave me through msn if they gave me a link and immediately log out. But, this time it did not. But I find it fishy

Here's the conversion.

YiZ says: Hi r you there?
Kidd says: Haha, what can I reply you other than 'ok' or 'fine'?
YiZ says: I just took an IQ quiz
Kidd says: facebook? what is the outcome?
YiZ says: I was better than I am! I scored 108
Kidd says: haha, u mean your IQ go down?
YiZ says: you gotta see if u can do better than me, http://iqscoretest9.com/?test=5md3x64a4
Kidd says: I'm sleepy woh now
YiZ says: I bet you cant haha
Kidd says: trying to laod the page line bad some website cannot go
YiZ says: take it now while Im in the shower and tell me ur score later
Kidd says: if I can open the site page not found leh url you gave correct or not? strange can ping but cannot open the page

Can you tell me if it's a very intelligent spambot?
I tried to load the page several time but couldn't. Always page not found. I tried the http://iqscoretest9.com/ only, also cannot. Then I google for this http://iqscoretest9.com/?test=5md3x64a4. The only relevant page that came up is http://www.facebook.com/pages/Iq-Qui...38477?v=stream which keep asking me to log in. I've never gone to a facebook page that keep asking me to log in.

Then, I look back at our conversation and I realise that YiZ is really not talking to me. He didn't comment on or reply to any of my comments and didn't answer my questions. Now, I'm really doubtful.

So, have I fallen on a spambot trap and my msn is now worm infested?

Btw, YiZ is still online.

If my msn really got infested by worm, how can I clean it?

Update: Confirm it's spam. I manage to google a site whether there's nearly the same conversation with the same spelling. Only url given is slightly different.

I don't think that is really Yittz based on the convo. Definitely an intelligent bot who had successfully bait you into a wormy site.

I think Yittz won't mentioned something as personal as "taking shower" with a female counterpart (or male, in fact). It makes the convo sound kind of kinky.

I think he's just gullible, and clicks on all the spam links from his friends that have been spammed themselves.

I got it this morning too, and I suspected it was a bot, though "yittz" denied it when I asked.

However, he told me his score was 110... not 108... so... definitely a bot.
