Zhao Hong Fei??? i.e. the handsome Yelu Qi from ROCH? My interest in this series just went from nil to...well, a little bit more. He looked way better in ROCH though--the costumes/styling in this series is kind of over-the-top (same with the CGI).

Also it feels like every year a new series comes out based around "Qi Xian Nu"...

OMG the hair got to go! Ok what is up with people these days and the hair. I'm sorry they try to make it cool but it ain't selling! But I love Zhao Hong Fei, even though his hair gotta go! It's like he had a bad hair cut and colored hair at the salon or something! Yuck! terrible! Who in ancient history would do that to their hair. I feel sorry for anyone that have to do that to their hair. It makes the story no longer legendary but ANIME or CARTOON or GAMELIKE. Urg!

The fairies seemed to have very unique and colourful costumes in this series, but none of them looks as pretty as they should be. Eva looks her part in the 2007 series. By the way, which one is the female lead here? From the pics, none of the ladies seemed to have the countenance of demeanour of the lead.

OMG !! I'm a big fan of Zhao HongFei.. Even though his costume in this drama is a little weird, but I'm glad that he is trying out different kind of character here.. I looking forward for it Anyone knows where to watch this?
