In terms of effect and power, Xie Xun's was probably the most impressive. He even made the earth shake (which requires a helleva magnitude more power than shaking the roof like Xiao Feng.

Xiao Feng's effect was probably the weakest but what he had going for him was that all the others required quite some time to build up to their full effect with prolonged exertion while he just yelled a few short words.

The weakest I would say is poor RWX because he had to exert for some time (novel not clear how many stances) before he knocked out LHC who was not in the best of health.

Agree with the consensus: Xie Xun's roar is the granddaddy of all roars.

Next, I would say Fangzheng, since his roar almost knocked out Reverend Chongxu. I don't believe anyone else's roar had a profound effect on that calibre of fighter.

p.s. Looking back at my earlier post, I wonder if JY realised how much power was needed to make the earth shake! I doubt the earth would shake if XF/H7G/YG or GJ palmed the floor at full power.

Xie Xun's roar was intentional and was directed towards people who were on the ground already which probably indicated the ground shaking. Yang Guo roared to the sky, with no intention to harm anyone and yet Guo Xiang felt as if the soul was sucked out of her body. Also Xie Xun did it inside a building, while Yang Guo did it inside a vast open space. Which comes to my point that Xie Xun's was a specialized technique, whereas Yang Guo just wanted to scare off the Shi Brothers and show off his internal energy to Yi Deng.
