I kinda missed Gumby, the green plasticine fellow and their adventures. Wondering if anybody else here watched this.
Gumby fans UNITE!

The only thing I need to know is that I don't know anything.
Gumby is blue-green, no? He inspired me to have an interest in plasticine. Alas, I managed to create more impressive characters than Gumby-style! Was it thereafter that Play-Doh sold big time? I find the fragrance produced by Play-Doh icky though.

What can I say? I'm still standing! No weapon against me shall prosper! I am more than a conqueror!!!
I don't care to sit by the window on an airplane. If I can't control it, why look?

I have nothing against Gumby, but his show does annoy me because I usually had to sit through the last five minutes of it before ROBOTECH came on.

Well, with all due respect to "cuteness," I tuned in every afternoon to watch human beings in giant transformable robots shoot alien invaders in even bigger robots.

I was rather militant as a youth. Sometimes, I still am.

The story was very good. If you ever feel like doing an anime series from start-to-finish, this would be a good one.
And aren't those colors nice indeed? I used to have this as a poster in a bedroom when I was a teenager. The colors on the poster weren't quite as good, however (or maybe they were when I first got the poster in 1985, but certainly not by the time I took the poster down in 1993).
