Honestly, I had no idea. And that was what made the novel so intriguing. Us readers never knew who was going to win and there were so many changes that suggest one would pull ahead (the Tang men poison and then appearing unhurt).

Considering that XMCX was the friend to LXF, I was more inclined to believe that he would win, but somehow, YGC was likened to a celestial.
