Please help me identify this movie

I watched this movie at some point in the early 90s, and all I remember is this girl (possibly a princess) woke up after a 1000 years or something in the present time, and live with two guys, who were stuntmen/actors. She taught them martial art, and they could 'fly' like a wuxia artist. Some evil guy woke up also, and hunt her down to kill her, for some reason.

My cousin thinks Andy Lau is in it, but I've checked out his filmography and couldn't find anything remotely resembling what I'm looking for. Also, she was trapped in ice, and there's a book involved apparently. I've considered Saviour of the Soul 1/2, but these still don't look right.

I think it was the Buddha's Palm or something like that - can't remember the exact name. I remember it due to a rather funny joke regarding the Beggar's Clan and Pizza Hut.
