It should be cheaper buying shampoo and conditioner than wigs.

not necessarily on the long run...

plus, shaving/buzzing you head should be cheaper and faster than cutting longer hair

But with long hair you don't have to buzz as often.

I think it's been close to a year since my last trim. Speaking of hair, I think there's a certain point where it just stops growing. Is it true? I think I've reached that point.

Maybe you should seclude yourself in a cave or valley until some silly youth stumbles in and finds you with several feet of long hair and test that theory. But you have to teach that silly youth something.

If I was an awesome MA master, I probably can care less about how long my hair gets hehe.

    Sooooooo

A classmate expressed to me that they would be disappointed if they got a B in a class we share because their graduate transcript is spotless with As.

I must confess, I was a bit irked because this person has continually been receiving perfect scores on classwork in the class and knows that I have not. In addition, knows that I do not have a perfect academic career haha

    Sooooooo

I told this person that it is a bit sad and pathetic to define oneself by their transcript. It is better to be a fascinating, interesting, and witty person with varied life experiences than one with a perfect transcript because our grades are not stamped on our foreheads. And a B letter grade is not a life or death situation and get over it.

    I like me.

    Johny's in the basement
    Mixing up the medicine
    I'm on the pavement
    Thinking about the government
The man in the trench coat
    Badge out, laid off
Says he's got a bad cough
Wants to get it paid off
    Look out kid
    It's somethin' you did
    God knows when
    But you're doin' it again
You better duck down the alley way
    Lookin' for a new friend
The man in the coon-skip cap
    In the big pen
    Wants eleven dollar bills
    You only got ten.

    Maggie comes fleet foot
    Face full of black soot
    Talkin' that the heat put
    Plants in the bed but
    The phone's tapped anyway
    Maggie says that many say
They must bust in early May
    Orders from the DA
    Look out kid
    Don't matter what you did
    Walk on your tip toes
    Don't try, 'No Doz'
    Better stay away from those
That carry around a fire hose
    Keep a clean nose
    Watch the plain clothes
You don't need a weather man
To know which way the wind blows.

    Get sick, get well
    Hang around an ink well
    Ring bell, hard to tell
If anything is goin' to sell
    Try hard, get barred
    Get back, write Braille
Get jailed, jump bail Join the army, if you failed
    Look out kid
    You're gonna get hit
    But users, cheaters
    Six-time losers
    Hang around the theaters
    Girl by the whirlpool
    Lookin' for a new fool
    Don't follow leaders
    Watch the parkin' meters.

    Ah get born, keep warm
Short pants, romance, learn to dance
    Get dressed, get blessed
    Try to be a success
Please her, please him, buy gifts
    Don't steal, don't lift
    Twenty years of schoolin'
And they put you on the day shift
    Look out kid
    They keep it all hid
    Better jump down a manhole
    Light yourself a candle
    Don't wear sandals
    Try to avoid the scandals
    Don't wanna be a bum
    You better chew gum
    The pump don't work
'Cause the vandals took the handles.

I guess I have to get a new Smart Trip card since the one I have is now used strictly for work.

My one of my favorite ways to end a day is with a book and a cup of hot tea.

    LOL

Actually I'd feel the same as your classmate did. It's like having a row of neatly stacked boxes but then there's this messed up box sticking out in the middle of the row. Kind of an eyesore and a disappointment because you know you were a mere step away from perfection!

Learning to apply the Dugu Jiu Jian principle to life.

But you don't go around telling your neighber who has a stack of messy boxes about it...

It won't work; we all know the principle is B.S.
