Basically, I am a jack of all trades in projects, handling survey projects, cleaning assignments, moving assignments, whatever assignments which I am able and willing to do.

    Office politics are scary
You plant a garden and the flowers do not bloom, you poke a stick in the mud and it grows into a tree

True. Sometimes you walk into the room and you can smell the gunpowder in the air. Do you try to please your superiors or try to maintain rapport with your peers?

The problem is that even if you try to stay out of the mess, somehow you get dragged in anyway. So is it better to choose any side or risk getting marked by either group because you try to stay in the middle?
