Get some zinc cream. And sleep as much as you can.

I agree with the sleep part. I also suffer a lot from itchy rashes. I notice that whenever I lack sleep, these rashes will come back.

Zinc cream? I have never use them. I use a "basic" moisturizer for many years - it helps to ease a little bit but do not really solve the problem. Perhaps it has lost its effectiveness, e.g. my current "batch" of rashes has been with me for at least one week.
Seeing a skin doctor has also been not very helpful. Blood tests show that my blood lacks some "chemicals". So I have been living with my rash condition for more than 30 years. Luckily, to-date, it come and go.

Sometimes rashes have a lot to do with the immune system. If you don't have enough sleep, are sick or have hormonal imbalance (usually due to stress), your skin will flare up. Lots of water and sleep helps if you can manage it. And if you need it, uses steroid cream. Not a long-term solution, but if you need it, put it on and then taper off when the rashes subside. I have changed my diet a lot for my skin. Don't eat shellfish, decreased wheat diet, seldom eat chilli and less acidic foods. It is a long and winding road ahead.

Thanks for the advice. Luckily, my rashes have subsided again. Have been sleeping better these three days.

Does anyone here going to get the new MacBook Pro? I think I will stick to my old MacBook for now as it's still working ok. The new MacBook Pros look good but they are expensive.
MacBook Pro 13 Inch: From US$1499
MacBook Pro 13 Inch: (Touch Bar and Touch ID): From US$1799
MacBook Pro 15 Inch: (Touch Bar and Touch ID): From US$2399
    http://www.apple.com/mac/compare/

Apple jacks up the price quite a bit. There is no update for MacBook Air. Look like APPLE is killing off the MacBook Air.

I swear, singing a song that is not native to your language is a challenge. I'm trying to sing The Bund theme song and I can't get some of the words right...

My condolence. I think you did write about your dog getting sick some time ago.

Do you have any recommendations? I've never heard of zinc cream.

I was thinking about getting a macbook, 15 inch. A lot of people said they really like it and its really light weight. Just thought it would be easy to carry around or code from home.
