Its those two faced people that you have to be cautious about. They step on you rather than being stepped on. Hello? Am I suddenly transported into the world of inner palace schemes? It's just one of those days where work seems like that. I think everyone needs this upcoming 3-day weekend.

Watching those palace scheming series makes me think Americans are too innocent. All they do in their shows is sleep around and gossip--no real stabbing done .

Going for formal dinner later. One colleague said he is only wearing long-sleeve shirt and pants. Another colleague coat and tie. Another one coat but no tie. Think I will just take the middle path = long-sleeve shirt, pants and tie.

Just back from the formal dinner. On my table of 10, all the above dressing exist. That's the definition of formal. Most of them wear the same way as me. They are not my colleagues I mention above.
