I'm ready for this cold/flu to be over. Coughing up phlegm (does not happen often, but whenever it) is nasty, but probably better than coughing up blood (that would be serious crap). Good news is the sore throat is gone except for sniffles, sneezing, nose congestion and coughing. I spend the good 360 or so days not sick, now these past few days since Sunday or Monday I'm sick. I guess I can't escape the inevitable. Energy level is low. You have even weirder and bizarre dreams when you're sick than when you're not sick.

    I'm done w/ Christmas shopping.

Is there ever a good and inoffensive way to reject someone? I'm pretty sure I've been quite good at being nice...but from their reactions...

Just say, "no" for three different consecutive dates.

Time to dig out the "Merry Christmas" thread. Need to find the earliest.

Calling Ken, calling Ken over, over ...
Am I right that we do not have any previous "Merry Christmas"??

    She said "inoffensive", not "ineffective".

I think if a guy is confident, there is no such thing as an offensive rejection.

Yes. It's called being honest, not nice.

    Merry Christmas everyone!

There's an ad at the top of my SPCnet page. ::scratches head:: has that always been there?

That thought has crossed my mind too. Had it always been there or is it because the ad never been eye-catching enough to register in my memory before? Quite puzzling, indeed.

Well it's ok. If the ad keeps this site running, I don't mind.

Happy Christmas everyone! I'm having an awesome one myself kekekeke....feeling so blissful.

The *old* SPCNET Forums always had ads; the new version hasn't had them until now.

Ended up drinking coffee instead of looking for a laptop in a crowded mall.

lol I could never actually shop during the holiday season. I find it fun to stroll around the malls because everyone is in such good spirits with Christmas music/decorations and all, but at the same time it's so hot and packed that I'm never really in the mood to look for things.

That's why I just hit one store or a few stores. Outlet stores are the best when they have 50%-60% sales plus a 15% coupon for entire purchase off. Scored some good goods.
