I've been reading the revised edition of Bu Bu Jing Xin out of curiosity sake...much more addictive than I expected although I never liked the Qing period. But how come the TV series is using the name Ruo Xi instead of Zhang Xiao? The girl’s name has been changed to Zhang Xiao in the revised edition and she fights with the princes a lot more.

I read Tong Hua has cooperated with the scriptwriter Wang Li Zhi to rewrite 13th Prince's character for the TV series. However, I can't imagine how he can have as much scenes as 4th and 8th now, except adding in more "gay"-type bromance scenes with 4th, ugh! Though I can see why he's voted as the readers' favourite prince.

Strangely enough, Tong Hua has just sold the copyright of her other novel, Song In The Wind (云中歌) to Yu Zheng.

I wonder how Bu Bu's first tier male cast (Nicky, Kevin, YH, Gengxin) will compare to Ruby's Qing Shi. But both productions definitely have much hotter male leads than any of YZ's series . Go read the thread on Qing Shi - it's like OMG!!! That one is going to be bigger than Bu Bu. It was a HUGE sacrifice for YH to give up Qing Shi for Bu Bu.
