Default Could Wong Seung's creation of the 9 Yum Jen Ging have overlapped or predated DGSD?

We typically assume that the events surrounding Wong Seung's creation of the 9 Yum Jen Ging took place during the 100-year gap between DGSD and LOCH, but in fact, is it possible that those events overlapped with or perhaps even predated DGSD?

Wong Seung was said to have been an official of the Northern Sung Dynasty, and the events that culminated in the creation of the 9 Yum Jen Ging spanned more than forty years. By the time of DGSD, however, there weren't forty years left in the Northern Sung era. DGSD is said to have occurred around the year 1100 (give or take a few years); the Northern Sung Dynasty would come to an end in the year 1127. In fact, the man who would overthrow the Khitan Liao Empire and establish the Jurchen Jin Empire, Yeun Nan Akuta, appeared as an adult in DGSD...meaning that the end of the Northern Sung era was no more than three decades into the future of DGSD.

That being the case, wouldn't Wong Seung's creation of the 9 Yum Jen Ging most likely overlap with or even slightly predate the DGSD era? If those events don't get underway until after DGSD ends, then by the time that Wong Seung finished creating the 9 Yum Jen Ging, the Northern Sung era would have been over and the Southern Sung era would have been underway. Or did Wong Seung begin his work during the Northern Sung era and not finish until the Southern Sung era?

It seems like Wong Seung's creation of the 9 Yum Jen Ging should predate, be contemporary with, or at the very least, occur only a few years after the DGSD era.

According to the novels and wikipedia:
Huang Shang started to read Taoist texts extensively in ca. 1116 (the 5th Zhenghe year).
Empress Dowager Gao (the grandmother of the emperor dude in Tian Long Ba Bu) died in 1093.
So I think there's a gap of at least 30 years b/w the end of TLBB and the point HS got the first idea for the 9 Yin.

I don't think there was any mention of Huang Shang completing the 9 Yin when the Northern Song was still in existence. Quite likely the Jurchens invaded and took over half of China while he was still studying and creating 9 Yin. We can roughly place the beginning of LOCH at around 1200+ or thereabouts, so there's a good 70-odd years of Southern Song history before that.

I wonder if by the time of Wong Seung's death, a young Central Divinity Wong Chung Yeung was already around for Wong Seung to personally hand the 9 Yum Jen Ging to.
