I was shopping at a CD shop today, looking, as usual without success, for the two albums by Stephy Tang "Coloring Stephy" and "Dating Stephy". The person at the shop offered a very interesting explanation why nobody seems to have those two CDs anymore. He claimed that since those two albums were released under EMI, and EMI has pulled out of South East Asia, handing over all rights and contracts to Gold Typhoon, we will not be seeing those old EMI CDs anymore. I'm curious - isn't Gold Typhoon allowed to re-release or allow retailers to restock those old CDs, if not under the old EMI label then at least with a new Gold Typhoon sticker or something? The CDs are not that old.. 2005 and 2007 or so.

If that's really the case then I'll have to go pick up that copy of "Dating Stephy" I found in one of the shops - HUGE thing like a LP.. hate those things, how on earth am I going to stack that with my other CDs?
