The Leader of the Divine Dragon Cult was, by far, the most powerful martial artist of the DOMD (early Qing Dynasty) era, but if we were to compare him to the Elites and Greats of the Sung, Yuan, and Ming Dynasty eras, how would he fare?

The one-armed nun is strongest in DOMD. Divine Dragon Cult's Hong Antong would probably be 2nd or 3rd tier in BXJ, so maybe around LOCH Qiu Chuji's level.

Yuan Chonghuan is by far the strongest in DOMD. Behind him are the two turtles. Far, far behind them is the tier with the one armed nun and the divine dragon cult leader. Yuan may be on par with Qiu Chuji, but neither the nun nor Hong are even close to that level.

You mean Yuan Chengzhi, but he never shows up again. The one-armed nun had reached a level close to what he had displayed in BXJ.
