一位近乎植物人的特殊病人，在葉明輝院長的親自接護下住進了醫院，此人叫傅洪波，是葉明輝院長早年一起插隊 的老同學，也是陽光醫院裡陽光基金的創始人。葉明輝宣布，這個病人的醫治由韓子航負責，韓子航希望和司馬博 銘聯手醫治這位病人。

鞏凡被指派負責性情頑劣的老病號陳佳子，細心的鞏凡了解到陳佳子因為父母瞞著她離異的事情，表面上極其強勢 ，內心卻極度自卑。鞏凡說服陳佳子父母配合醫生，首先要治好陳佳子的心病，司馬博銘表示支持，他告訴實習醫 生們，能夠治好患者心病的醫生，一定是好醫生。

陳佳子的手術約定時間就要到了，鞏凡面對陳佳子，把她的心病一語道破。與此同時，陳佳子的父母也在孩子麵前 吐露心聲，並向佳子保證，等佳子的手術完成時，他們一定會為女兒重新建立起一個令她心馳神往的美滿家庭。陳 佳子手術成功了，司馬名博名聲大振，他從內心深處深深感謝鞏凡。而此時鞏凡卻因家族內部的遺傳疾病昏倒在手 術台旁邊。

韓子航從姥姥口中得知，自己的母親是被一個叫傅占元的人害死的，囑咐他一定要在姥姥的有生之年找到傅占元， 讓他到韓子航媽媽的墓前去向她贖罪。

關珊與父親關明海之間的關係瀕臨破裂。母親過早地離去，也使她有了雙重人格。為了不回那個冷清的家，關珊在 外面租房子，關明海暗中操作，使關珊順利租到房子。關姍路遇孕婦魏曉楓，二人十分投機，卻不想魏曉楓是自己 的繼母。

韓子航和關姍越來越情投意合，兩人去看姥姥，關珊了解到害死韓子航媽媽的那個傅占元正是韓子航的父親。關姍 把事情告訴了韓子航，韓子航立感振聾發聵。

一起惡性交通事故，把三個人送進了陽光醫院。兩個人都已奄奄一息，而裝修公司老闆於大力卻顯得安然無恙。當 他聽說關姍就是房地產大鱷關明海的女兒時，對關姍開始死纏爛打，關姍雖對此厭惡之極，但還是幫忙聯繫了關明 海。

小趙因搶救無效，瀕臨辭世，他在彌留之際，向韓子航和司馬博銘表示，願意將自己的肝臟移植給沒錢作移植手術 的父親，以謝父親的養育之恩。老人悲慟不已，並告訴二位醫生，小趙的生身父母是老人的好朋友，在一次火災中 過世，老人和妻子收養了小趙，以慰老朋友的在天之靈。在場的醫生們都唏噓不已。

鞏凡的母親把司馬博銘看作成龍快婿，司馬博銘告訴鞏凡，自己與鞏凡不合適，鞏凡表面上並不經意，但心裡卻非 常糾結。

韓子航把姥姥接到了陽光醫院，葉明輝告訴姥姥，多年來資助韓子航的不是他，而是傅洪波。姥姥認出傅洪波就是 改了名字的傅占元，大怒之中昏厥過去。

姥姥醒了，她要求韓子航不能用他的手去救傅洪波，韓子航答應了老人的要求。姥姥辭世而去，韓子決定遵守對姥 姥的承諾，放棄對傅洪波的手術。而傅洪波聽說後，告訴葉明輝，如果不是韓子航來給他手術，他寧願追隨韓子航 姥姥而去。關珊說服了韓子航，韓子航終於同意重新拿起手術刀，完成對他人、對自己的救贖。

任丘母親病重住院，任丘三個兄弟眼見任丘娘因為付不起醫療費把病耽誤了，鋌而走險偷盜工地的設備材料而使狗 剩受傷。任丘不知如何是好。得知情況的關姍悄悄賣掉了自己的小跑車，把任丘娘的治療費、狗剩的手術費以及賠 償工地的損失費全都付清了，幫任丘解了燃眉之急。任丘發誓一定要報答施恩於己的所有人。

司馬博銘負責農村孩子趙強的手術，手術進行順利，成功在即。就在這一時刻，他的兒子司馬小超在一場意外車禍 中胸腔積血也需要他進行手術。司馬博銘選擇了堅持把趙強的手術做完，保住了趙強的命，而司馬小超的生命卻夭 折了。前妻袁卓表示今生今世永遠不會原諒司馬博銘。司馬博銘在內心深處，陷入了深深的自責之中 ，面臨崩潰。

鞏凡對司馬博銘的遭遇深表同情，她默默地愛護和照顧著司馬博銘。司馬博銘嚴厲地拒絕了鞏凡，他就要一個人獨 處。前妻袁卓不告訴司馬博銘兒子安葬在什麼地方，司馬博銘幾乎抓狂。鞏凡想盡辦法打聽到了司馬博銘兒子的墓 地地址，司馬博銘被鞏凡感動，二人緊緊相擁。

魏曉楓分娩，關姍發現孩子的父親竟然是關明海。接受不了事實的關珊暴躁離去。韓子航勸慰關姍，關姍從魏曉楓 口中，發現自己並不真正了解父親。關明海面臨破產，他承受不住巨大的意外打擊，倒下了。關珊回到了家，擔起 了照顧關明海的擔子。

四名同學一起探險，三個人為保命竟然割斷了最後一人與他們之間的繩索，造成最後一人墜崖。任丘報了警，而此 時奄奄一息的第四個人也被送進了陽光醫院，他對那三個同行者的行為毫不責怪。任丘懇求司馬博銘為他那位豁達 的朋友作手術，司馬博銘在手術中突然想到了兒子，結果傷了自己的手，這幾乎等於宣判了他事業上的死刑。司馬 博銘幾乎絕望。韓子航關姍在葉明輝指點下，找到有效方法，挽救了司馬博銘的手。

鞏凡因為家族遺傳病徹底倒下了，司馬博銘帶鞏凡出去旅行結婚，要通過自己的愛心和努力，在鞏凡身上創造出一 個奇蹟來。

傅洪波幫助關明海度過難關。關姍悄悄取了韓子航的血樣，結果出來，韓子航竟然不是傅洪波的親生兒子。韓子航 無法接受這樣殘酷的事實，傅洪波告訴韓子航，他早就知道韓子航並不是自己的骨血，但出於對韓小萌的感情，一 直默默承擔著對韓子航的養育之責，還承擔著出賣韓小萌導致她絕望尋短的罪名。他一直在等韓子航徹底原諒自己 。

韓子航終於明白了生命的意義，他向傅洪波保證，自己不會辜負父輩的期望。

司馬博銘傳來了消息，奇蹟在鞏凡身上出現了，他們不久就會回到自己的崗位上。

關明海甦醒過來了，他看到了回到自己身邊的女兒，還有陪伴著女兒的韓子航，他告訴關姍和韓子航，此刻在他的 生命中，親情比任何時候都有意義。

Oh I agree with you 100% Luanee. Although Wallace looks really handsome, I do find him a bit skinny here. I could be wrong but perhaps he's been working a lot lately. I hope he doesn't become overly skinny. I like er...............LOVE Wallace when he has muscles and a tan on him! *sigh* hehehe

I too am disappointed with the lead actress also. I'm very picky on who Wallace is paired with because I always feel like they are either not pretty enough for him, or they just don't stand out as a lead. The actress chosen is cute, but I don't feel like she has that screen presence. Although, since the series has not aired yet. I will give her the benefit of the doubt. So until this series airs, I will try to keep from saying no one is good enough for Wallace.
