I just finish "The Hard Way" the 10th Jack Reacher novel by author Lee Child. Already read all 10 and now waiting for eleventh book next year. Jack Reacher is the ultimate super badass out there. A seven feet retired military police with a brain of Sherlock Holmes. A modern day loner/traveller, a problem solver and unstoppable killing machine.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo..am I correct?

It's definitely one of my favorite books ive ever read!!!

A very inspiring and influencing story about a boy who gave up his living just to follow a dream which he never thought could exist in the first place..

it's really a "must read" book!!

i think you should get a copy as soon as possible...hehehe

i finished reading Snow Flower and The Secret Fan by Lisa See a few weeks ago and i must say it's an amazing story.
it is about the use of 'nushu' -women's writing- in china and the strong bond of relationship between 'old sames' - two unmarried females from different villages that share at least eight things in common and vows to stand by the friendship until they die- Snow Flower and Lily. It is a very moving story, almost unbelieveable actually....i mean this in terms of the women's friendship and love towards each other.
old sames never tolerate concubines -sworn sisters in this term- in their relationship, and this bond is even stronger than their marriage themselves.they share everything in their life, correspoding with each other using a piece of letter written in nushu. The ups and downs of the relationship -told by the protagonist, Lily- is really moving and heartwretching....if you like the works of Amy Tan, then you must get your hands on this book....

anyway, i also just finished Shen Diao Xia Lv....a very impressive book...i reread the forth book twice just to picture the fights better...it's a real fun read.....

reading random stories by HP Lovecraft. The creepy part is that he's from new england so all these haunted towns he mentions, i know exactly where they are. some are way too nearby.
