DoomsDay Key by James Rollins. Much less complicated than his previous books, which is good.

Interesting it speaks of population control, and I agree with the aspects given... including the part where pc-advocates are usually blurred with eugenics.

The Gospel's Veiled Agenda by Harry Freedman.

Very interest hypothesis he presented on the Bible and the early Christian agenda. It dissect the NT and compare the NT and OT to find similar themes and plotline. Also reference other sources like the Talmud. From there, the author tried to get into the real history of the early Christian movement and what was the agenda of the Gospel writers in presenting the Gospels the way they did.

I read it a few months ago. There's alot more intricacies in the book compared to the movie. I like the emphasis on the singing guy as well as on Michael Corleone.

I"m currently reading Outlaws of Moonshadow Marsh - The Sign of the Qin, by L.G. Bass. It's marketed as a young-adult book like the Twilight and Harry Potter books, but the vocabulary is sufficiently advanced that it doesn't read as a "kids' book".

It's fairly light reading though. And sadly although it's supposed to be the first of a trilogy it appears that the rest of the series will never be released. The first book was published in 2004 and no other books seem to be forthcoming.

I'm reading Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal by Eric Schlosser. It's helping me add to my already impressive knowledge of seemingly useless information.
