    It is a great book.
Agree BTW somehow this book reminds me of a Jin Yong novel (Linked City).

Am reading Random Walks down Wallstreet and Vive la Revolution. Wish I have more time to read and less time to study...

It is impossible the plot of "Linked City" wasn't inspired by "Monte Cristo", although JY refused to admit it. Maybe it's subconscious.

I just finished "The Inimitable Jeeves" by Wodehouse. A light, entertaining book but I find the melodrama a bit too extravagant.

Even though it is an old book, I just finished " THe Kitchen God's Wife" by Amy Tan. This book was average, not very engaging. The theme wasn't very strong I would say. It's an enjoyable book though. It talks about the role of women in the Chinese culture, spiritual beliefs, World War 1, and stuff like that..

I'm also rereading "Black Boy" by Richard Wright. The first time I read this book was in the 8th grade. Now I have to read it again for class.

Also, I'm starting on my other reading. It's called "Great Expectations" by Chalres Dickens. Haven't start reading the book but I can already tells it is bOrIng. It's a gift I have. I know it would be boring before I open the book.

I find Great Expectations a little boring at times. But if you're into Jinyong, it may somehow remind you of MieJue ShiTai and Zhou ZhiRuo of HSDS.
