Is there any non-surgical method to straighten nose cartilage?

I feel that my nose cartilage has been slanting to the side more and more. Outside, it's not visible, but, I feel that inside, it's more slanting and blocking the passage the right side of my nose. I go see my GP and he honestly told me that the cartilage it's possible that the cartilage will slant more and more due to my sinus.

He said the only way to rectify is surgery.

I don't want to go to surgery. Is there any non-surgical method (with proven good track record) that can straighten the nose cartilage and reduce the swelling inside the nose?

My GP said using spray like Nasonex is not good for long run. It will reduce the swell in the beginning, but, it will rebound to a bigger swell in the long run because it's steroid. He only recommend me to a spray that kills bacteria in the nose to prevent further swelling.
