    I think in 5-10 years once I've paid off my house and shored up some investment revenue stream, I'll move to a tropical place and be a scuba diving or surf instructor. Or a ski instructor somewhere.

    This is assuming I don't have children.

    That's an awesome plan. Move to another country where costs of living are really low and you can live like a king!
