2. whatevers happens to Prince Ying's cavalry unit? Do they actually become his or does it return it to Pan?

3. the pan generals are heading to Feng from Shouchun?

Pan will obviously be heading for some political problem with Donghai if they do so without telling Prince Ying. Not that they care, I suppose.
